Tomi Sushi is based out of Joetsu City in Niigata Prefecture. Its beginnings can be traced back 60 years.
Since opening the flagship store, “Takada Branch,” in 1954, Tomi Sushi has expanded to the point that it now has 2 branches in Singapore. When we unravel the three essentials of fish, rice, and skill from inside the evolution of this restaurant, we can see a history of 60 years of countless innovations creating the Tomi Sushi that is now bringing it’s passion to Singapore.
